What is 9thSon’s Return & Replacement Policy?
9thSon offers a very easy and flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/replace the product using our website. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
- Product has to be in original & unused state
- Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
- We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
When will I receive the refund?
Once the product has been picked up, the Refund is processed on the next working day. Also, don’t forget to update your bank details, in which you want to receive the refund. You can do so through ‘My Bank Details’ section, under the Account tab.
PLEASE NOTE: In case you handover an extra/wrong product, refund will NOT be initiated.
How will I know if refund has been deposited in my account?
You will receive an email from our side about the confirmation of the refund. The email will have the transaction ID and refund amount.
How do I change the address after the order is placed?
Reach out to us through Email option and we’ll help you change the address if the order hasn’t been verified. But if it has been verified then the address cannot be changed. In such a case, you can cancel the order and place a new order. You’ll not incur any cancellation fee.
